Better Living provides individual and couple personal fitness training.
We help people shed unwanted pounds, build and tone muscle, and train for athletic events. Most of all, we help people feel better about themselves.
Personal fitness training is customized to your goals and targets any combination of the following:
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Core strength (abdominal region)
- Balance and posture
- Lower back therapy
- Weight loss
- Rehabilitation—rotator cuff, knee, hip, lower back
Personal fitness training sessions generally run for 1 hour.
Cardiovascular Training (CVT)
CVT is a fun, high-energy way to achieve full-body fitness. The workout incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), a research-proven strategy to boost your metabolic rate.
Better Living’s CVT fitness classes are a cost-effective alternative to personal training. It is an efficient 45-minute workout held outdoors (May-October) and at Better Living Fitness Center (November-April). CVT helps you improve heart strength, reduce body fat, and enhance athletic performance.
Note: Class size is limited in order to provide individualized attention to the fitness goals of each participant.
