Small-Group personal training is a full-body strength training, cardio and flexibility routine that is customized to your fitness level. We call this “Full-Body FIT.”

Most people need to strength train 2-4 times/week to reach their fitness goals. That’s why we tell people to come back to the gym to repeat exercises from their personal training sessions. Many people find it difficult to remember the exercises or find the time or motivation.

Now we have a solution! Our Full-Body FIT workout is a full-body strength training, cardio and flexibility routine with customization to your fitness level.
